Orders, Delivery, and our Refund Policy

We accept online orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We only fulfill orders on weekdays, and we currently delivery locally in Ann Arbor. We’ll contact you after you place an order to arrange delivery.

Our Guarantee

We love coffee, and we know you do too. Having said that, “great” coffee is a matter of taste, and yours is the only one that matters. Period.

If you’re ever unhappy with anything you buy from us, we’ll do whatever it takes to make it right, including replacing the product or refunding your money.

Note: Refunds take approximately 7 days to process. We don’t reimburse for return shipping costs, unless we ask you to send the product back for evaluation. In that case we’ll provide a prepaid label for you to use.
