A peaberry is a little wonder of nature; usually the seed of the coffee cherry splits in two, the flat sides nestled against each other inside the fruit. But a peaberry is a single, concentrated seed. Some say the falvors are more intense.
At any rate, this lovely, shade-grown Kenyan is full of classic burnt raw sugar and blackcurrant flavors, maybe with a hint of pomegranate?
Recommended for all brewing methods except, you guessed it, espresso. Too intense for that my friend.
