High-grown and aromatic Ethiopian Coffee. The importer buys this coffee directly from the mill where it’s processed. The coffee trees are old heirloom varieties, grown in heavily shaded mountainside parcels. Labeled in the trade as “Grade 1”, denoting a coffee that’s nearly free of defects and underripe beans.
Intensely flavored and somehow delicate, with hints of jasmine, brown spices, and rich ripe fruit. Recommended for all methods, including espresso if you like a modern, lighter shot.

Full-bodied organically farmed Sumatra, with notes of aromatic cedar and dark baker’s chocolate. The double-pick means an extra round of sorting gives us the ripest and most uniform beans, contributing to exceptionally clean flavor for a Sumatran coffee.
For fans of darker, bolder roasts; great as a single-origin espresso, or with any preparation method, especially if you like a bit of milk in your coffee.
